Frequently Asked Questions

  • We work with you on your event to make sure you have the right stage for the occasion. This depends on; venue, terrain, time of day, weather, rigging requirements, access, speed of setup, how many people will be on the stage, sightlines, audience size, and much more.

    We will make sure your solution is fully compliant with all OH&S and public access requirements, and that the structure is fully engineered and certified with a max loading capacity, overhead rigging capacity, and specifications for weather and wind.

    Onsite, our team place safety above all else, and we will always advise to ensure the safety of your team, suppliers, and attendees.

  • We will make sure you are seen and heard, regardless of the action on the stage, or the audience size.

    We use quality equipment that we rigorously maintain, and will always provide redundant and backup equipment in case of emergency. The show will always go on!

    Our technical crew have decades of experience in festivals, corporate, private events, and touring, and will ensure the absolute best production, with the clearest sound so every word is understood.

    All of our equipment is electrically tested and tagged, and we follow all required electrical standards for events, including cable lengths, power distribution, and cable management.

    Our team put show craft at the heart of what they do. These are the finer details. Not only will it sound great, but we will ensure a safe and neat event site, that feels comfortable for your performers, and looks fantastic for your audience.

  • For production only, we use large vans and pantech trucks. Please advise us of any low clearances to your event site or loading dock (under 4.5m).

    For our trailer stages, we can be up to 19m long, 2.5m wide, and 4.5m tall. Essentially, we are close to semi trailer size. If we can fit a semi trailer in, we can get in.

    We must be mindful of low hanging branches, low building bulkheads, tight corners etc.

    We are also several tonne in weight, so require firm ground for access. Wet or boggy ground will increase the risk of damage to terrain, and potential bogging. If we are aware ahead of time we may be able to plan access with a dedicated 4x4 vehicle.

    Please let us know if access is tight. In some instances we can provide a small machine specifically to maneuver your stage into the perfect location.

  • For most events we request a dedicated 32A 3 phase outlet within 20-50m of the stage location.

    For smaller events a standard, dedicated 10A outlet will suffice, and for larger events with LED screens and large speaker and lighting deployments we may required more than 1x 32A 3 phase outlet.

    We will let you know what is required.

    In case power is not nearby or adequate, we are happy to supply a generator package dependent on your needs.

  • Typically we service South-East QLD and Northern NSW. This includes Gympie, down to Coffs Harbour, and out west towards Toowoomba and Warwick, encompassing the major centers of the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Byron Bay. We are happy to discuss travelling further if required.

  • We will always try to help any event, regardless of lead time, however typically we roster 8 weeks in advance, and are regularly booked heavily 3-6mths in advance.

    Please get in touch with us ASAP so we can pencil you in and allocate equipment and crew to your event.

  • Due to the volume of our bookings we often have equipment booked back to back in different cities, with overnight turn arounds. With this in mind we typically prefer a same day setup and pack down.

    However, we are happy to discuss options when this is not feasible. In some instances an additional hire day or fee will be required to allocate the equipment to your event for multiple days.

  • Yes! We can supply our public liability certificate of currency, and engineering documents for all of our staging structures. All of our electrical equipment is tested and tagged.

  • We offer staging, audio and lighting production, crowd control barrier, generators, cable management trays, and marquees for all sizes of event.
